I would highly recommend Miss Lyndsey Highton. The entire process has been excellent and I could not be happier with my results, it really has been life changing. She has been on-hand at every stage with any questions that I have had. Booking an initial consultation was very easy through her website and speaking to her secretary; I received my quotation before I even got home and went ahead and booked my surgery. The entire process was seamless. I had surgery at the Spire, the care I received there was excellent. I saw Miss Highton prior to my surgery, the evening of and the morning after. I had a post op review at 6 weeks and have had no issues at all, but always felt assured that the help would have been there if I had. I am so glad I chose Miss Lyndsey Highton as my surgeon and cannot thank her enough.

I consider myself truly grateful to have been treated by Miss Lindsey Highton. Not only does she have a warm, personable manner but her results and technical skills are exceptional. I saw Miss Highton after discovering her page on social media. I had previously had a reduction carried out by another surgeon years ago but was still very large with G cup breasts. Miss Highton was realistic with my expectations but in the end she exceeded them and I am now B/C cup and feel the most comfortable I have ever felt. I am now 5 months post op, have had no complications with my healing, everything is symmetrical and proportionate and I am thrilled with the results. I can’t sing Miss Highton’s praises enough, she truly understood what I wanted and her many great reviews speak for themselves.

I found Miss Highton through another patient who had posted about their breast reduction results on Instagram. Looking at her previous work I was very impressed and booked a consultation. She was friendly and professional and was very open and honest about what to expect from the operation. I decided to proceed with Miss Highton, even though I live in London and the hospital was not local I decided that I specifically wanted her to do my operation. On the day everything went smoothly and I was sent home a negative pressure dressing (something that I had not seen from other surgeons I had approached) which helped my incisions remain dry. It’s been 7.5 weeks so far and I am ecstatic. I have an excellent scar result - my areola and vertical scars are pretty much invisible and there has been no issues with healing. I trusted Miss Highton completely and knew there may be limitations to what she was able to achieve but she has exceeded my expectations and I am much smaller than I thought I would be able to go. She is incredibly skilled and talented at what she does and I now feel much happier and confident in my skin. I would do it all again and my only regret is not doing it sooner.
